Just more grey area to create ticket revenue to make up for the lack of tax revenue.  Bunch of BS in my opinion.  I saw tons of cougar tracks this last 6 days in the woods, and also, less deer.....  Did pass on 2 3x3's though.

ANYBODY saw a Cougar on General Deer open season? I didnt go anywhere last weekend.
