Long Beach Ducks?

Anyone know if it is legal to hunt ducks on Loomis Lake on the Long Beach Peninsula?  The state owns land there, but it is WA Parks and Recreation property.  It does not show up in the list of parks, not sure if this land is treated as a park or like other state land open to hunt.  I need to call the sheriff I think.

I used to hunt it about 10 years ago along with Ledbetter.  Not sure if it is still legal.
