I would definitely call ahead on the Dayton processor, I was in there last year during ML season and they told me they no longer can handle wild game. :dunno:

I live in Tri-Cities as well and used to worry about this. Chucks meats in Kenniwick was great till they sold and all went to hell and a hand basket. It is really so simple to cut and wrap your own meat, plus its fun and adds to the hunt. Get a good grinder...we got ours at Nothern Tool, then you dont have to worry about this stuff anymore!

I used Brians Butcher block the first year I lived in Tri Cities and it was about $150!! for a small 3 pt. Last year I used a different guy near the King City truck stop, it was still about 120 I think, I will be butchering myself from now on.

A buddy  of mine took a small whitetail into Brians 2 years ago the hanging weight was 117 lb, it cost him $195 to have it just cut and wrapped.  That to me is outrageous, and I have never cared for his pepper sticks, but alot of people do like them so maybe it's just me.  I had forgot about the guy at the truck stop I believe he is either in cahoots with Brian or some how connected.
