Anybody shoot Elite Archery bow. Curious as to what you think of the quality and durability. They are fast (346 fps)with a extremly long brace height for the speed.(7 1/8") I can also get one in a 90 lb draw.

I did.. I was actually the bow tuner/technician when they were located in College Place,Washington. Good quality bows, quick, quiet, and very smooth draw cycle...let me know if you have any more questions...

What are the limbs specifically, are they multilayer laminated or something else. Did you see many bows come back with warranty issues with the limbs.

a lot of guys on AT said the speeds are over rated...they say the 2010's will be more true.

you need this bow from Hoyt

I guess It will take a while to see all the new bows come out. I am just weighing it all out in my head right now.

I have the 2008 Z28 and it smokes! It's a great bow, but now I can't wait to see what Kevin comes up with for the new company, Strother Archery. He makes some sweet bows.

Sorry guys that I have not answered about the Elite limbs. The limbs that we were using at Elite when it was located out here were from Barnesdale, very tough, very consistent. We did not have very many issues at all with the limbs, Barnsdale makes some of the best in the business. If any of you guys are interested in trying any of the new Strother Bows or have any questions, I am working for Strother Archery now and I have several demos for you to try. Give me a shout if interested.
