machias, you should get into duck hunting.  It is a lot of fun, any hunt when you are talking to the animals is always awesome.

I'm no turkey hunting expert but I've been hunting turkeys for 5 years and have gotten a turkey each year. I call birds in using both mouth calls and friction calls. I've also written a nicel little primer on turkey hunting for beginners. I know some great turkey hunitng spots and I'd be happy to trade a turkey hunt for a duck hunt. I have some docoys, waders, pretty much everything you need but no dog. I've been duck and geese hunting for several years but not much luck.

jekemi, any time you want to shoot at some ducks shoot me a PM. I want to go turkey hunting in a bad way this year but its been about 15 years since the last time I went, so Im a newbie all over again. maybe ducksdoom and I can carpool since it looks like were almost neighbors :chuckle:
