Perfect hunt! What an excellent caliber for the youngsters too. I started with a .243 win model 70 and killed my 1st two deer with it. Good job to all!

Can't beat that.  Way to go Iceman!

That's neat. I can't wait until I get my little girl flinging sticks with a bow.

That is what it is all about! Sounds like you may have to make another trip out with the daughter, Dad. Score one for the ICE family. There is no better eating then a nice whitetail doe :EAT:, antlers look cool but don't taste nearly as good. Besides without a permit that hunt is the best opportunity going in our state for young hunters. Something tells me there will be lots of antlers in his future. Way to go :IBCOOL:!

Way to go Ice and Ice kids, looks like a group of happy hunters. Brings back some great memories. Congrats to the young man.

I love to see kids killing animals, it gives me hope that this great sport we all love will live on at least one more generation.  Great job Iceman on raising your kids the "right" way.   :)

This place is so cool! Last night my two kids couldn't wait to see how many folks read "their" thread, they really enjoyed all the positive comments! Thanks to all! What a great hunt year this is turning out to be compared to last. Now I have to get my daughter on a blacktailed deer and all will be perfect.

Great job. Looks like it was a wet and nast outside nice to see the kids brave the weather and made a kill.

Congratulations I know exactly how you feel my 10 yr old daughter got her first last weekend.  There is no better feeling in the world.  I don't think I would ever have to shoot another deer if she gets hers every year.
Way to go we need more kids learning our passion.
