I'm thinking about heading back to Washington next year for Elk and Deer?  Know a couple of ares that might hold some good BT bucks.  Going to take some work to get back into where they are.  If you up to it, shoot me an email or PM.

I found the hunny hole for nice Blacktail bucks, I have photo references of bucks taken in the last few years by me, my family, and friends.  I'm interested in this, would like to learn more.  If its something worth doing I'd even be willing to come through on my end first.  Nice Blacktails are harder to come by than mulies.  Of coarse I can't guide, that wouldn't be legal, but I'm always down for another good hunting partner.

Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

Just a note, not sure of your conditions but its all walk in.  Own a bike, ready to hike, and be comfy about taking long pops.  Not always but we've busted them well over 400 more than once.  Let the road hunters bag the spikes and forkys, they all eat good but something about that extra bone on the head makes them taste that much better.

OOH, I want in on this race! Here's a few from the last two years and have many more pics like them for my resume. Been thinking of starting the same thread.

I recall seeing that resume before!!

@ 3nails, Them are some bucks!  There isn't no trophy like a nice Blacktail.  Thanks for showing those pics, wish more people would post more pics of blacktail, tired of looking at whitetail, and Mulies.  Although I can't say much because I can't figure out how to post mine off my phone yet.  Keeps saying downloads disabled, can't figure it out.
