The complete Caribou package
« on: November 06, 2009, 06:24:36 PM »
I seen that people are posting as they stand as they lie, well I am doing one of the complete package, sorry about teh pictures not being more clear. And yes it was hit a little high, but he was recovered. As you can see there is not a lot of vegetation up there to put a stalk on him, so had to let him stay that way until I could circle around him....

Looks like it was a sweet hunt.

Hm... I used to have a sixpack. Now I've got a bag of potatoe chips.

where did you go? I've been toying with the idea of a caribou hunt for a few years now.

just remember the foot is a weapon!!!! If it does not hurt when you kick them then you can make the throw up so you can kick them again!!!!

Viking, that is when I was stationed in Alaska, I did a lot of hunting up there and have some nice places to go for the Caribou!!!  A trip with tags and all included is about 2000.00 for a good quality do it yourself hunt...
