Again nice buck, you gonna put a ring on that girls finger?? Better get to it.. ;)

Once again, awesome buck!  I would have taken that one in a second, good thing you didn't shoot the 4x5 on the first!
I would rather be a conservative nut job, than a liberal with no nuts, and no job!

Back in the early 90's I passed on a huge whitetail during a late permit hunt in the Blues in the first few hours of the first day of my hunt.  This buck literally looked liked he had a small rocking chair on his head...4 on the beam most about 10-11 inches tall with good eye guards and a split of about 5-6 inches off the G2 on his left side.  Without measuring would have definitely been 170 - 200 class.  Had him tending a doe at 100 yards for over and hour and decided to let him walk as I wanted to continue hunting for at least 5-7 days.  Son, who didn't have a permit, threatened shooting him while I was watching through my 10x70 Fuji's and he was looking through the scope.  Biggest buck he had ever seen....me too for that matter.

Never saw him again, passed on two more 140-150 class bucks in the next two days and finally ended up seven days in to it shooting a nice typical 4x4 in the 130 class.  Every time I look at the 130 class buck I took and had mounted I see the other three, and especially that big one.............who forever will be know in the family and circle of friends as the "*censored*" buck.......first word referring to me...lol.

Had four great hunts and 7 days of pure enjoyment in my favorite place on this planet, which is what it is all about.  :chuckle:

*censored*  :)
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!

Good buck. I'd take a wall full of those. The Elmer Fudd hat rocks. I have one just like it. Its my good luck charm but I get *censored* from whatever camp I am in. I tell them they are just jealous. :) Between college and taxidermy bills you gotta be broke.
