November Bow Report
2010 Bowtech Destroyer 350
Specs
ATA 32 3/8”
Brace height 6”
Draw Length 25-30”
IBO Speed 350fps
Mass weight 3.9lbs
This is a all new bow from the ground up. Riser is nice looking and light in the hand, They also have a new grip, it is thin and made by crimson trace grips. All new Limb pocket that is tight and has locks on the limb bolts.
Bowtech has decided it was time to rewrite the book on limb design in the search for new ways to harness and store energy.  The Hardcore limb system does all the work at the core.  A carbon layer allows more energy to be stored through the limb (top to bottom) than ever before.  Imagine a fishing rod with a fast action and a strong spine.  It takes very little energy to project the lure a far distance.   The reason for this is the “rigidity” or “density” of the rod.  Now try to create the same amount of distance with a fly rod or ultra-light.  It takes a much greater amount of energy to achieve that same distance with the lure.  The same is to be said with these limbs.  The stronger the limb, the less you have to move it…and as we all know, the less you move something on the bow – the more efficient it is, the less noise it produces, the less vibration it creates and the quicker it will recover.
The Flex Guard is huge for tuning and eliminating riser torque,This is a huge step in cable containment. When I drew the bow the Flex Guard moved in about 1/4" and then on the shot it moves out away from the arrow and is not in view when aiming.
Truly the ultimate cam technology ever developed, BowTech's new OverDrive Binary synchronized dual cam system delivers 350 feet per second while raising the bar on the overall shooting experience. By attaching a 100% tunable split buss cable harness to the ends of a cam synchronizing axle, cam stability is maximized while maintaining perfect synchronization for unmatched accuracy and a very comfortable draw cycle. Premium alloy composition allows for a strong, lightweight design which diminishes noise and vibration. The OverDrive Binary comes standard with rotating modules.
The bows draws so smooth its hard to think its a bow shooting 350fps. Quite and no hand shock. This is by far the best bow from Bowtech I have ever shot. The Destroyer will be one of the top selling bows for 2010.
The price will be from 949.00 to 899.00
they do have a Destroyer 340 that has a 7" brace height and goes out to 31" of draw.

Sweet looking bow. Spec's are nice too. Its about double my price range and draw length is about an inch too short.

I want to see more 32.5" draw length man bows.  ;)

Cory you should have Titled this thread as "Don't look if your not ready to buy a new Bow"!

I didn't want to retire the 08 Allegiance until 2011 but I think Bowtech just ruined my plans!

man what a sweet bow! Cory when are you guys getting one in?

I have shot both the 340 and the 350. These are awesome shooting bows and Bowtech really has something here. Out of all the 2010 bows I have shot so far these get my vote for the best most innovative hunting bow to date. Cant wait to shoot it some more!
