 I would be willing to bet a great deal there was not much dry dirt in Monroe or any of western Washington yesterday. Though he may have been lucky and got the picture taken in the 12 seconds of sunshine ;). Good observation.

Looks like a pretty good day of walking the dogs. Mixed bag usually makes for a good time.
