Bethel Ridge? Please Update

im sure this has been covered, but ive been gone for awhile, so what kind of success has been had at Bethel Ridge this season? is it still a sea of orange up there? lol

Was up there from the opener until Thursday. Still crowded but no near as many camps as the past few years. I got a spike on day 2. Didn't see a lot hanging but a few. Cow opener sounded like a shooting gallery.

We hunted "Grouse Prarie" on th eopener and know of 4 spikes that  came out of there, other then that, nothing else. We mainly hunted the upper little rattlesnake.

Saw a lot of elk. I passed on a 300 yard shot. I am not comfortable with that distance. My buddy missed his chance at a spike. Our group of 12 got a 6x5, spike, and a cow. Not to bad. We got off the road and really never saw a lot of people in the woods. The roads were busy.

Just got back yesterday,  Most of the animals that we saw hanging were Big bulls or cows.  Saw A bunch of deer and cows walking around, but no spikes for our camp.  A nice flock of turkeys walked through fish flats meadow right in front of me.  In short I carried the same 6 rounds in my rifle for the whole season.
