100% legal from what i know, i have been trying for along time and upland birds also got a few of them but no fowl yet

I shot one off the ground with my bow once......sumbitch flew about 500 yards and 3 fields over before it died and fell outta the sky.  Then a herd of cattle trampled, blew snot and pooped on it.  Damned cows!  True story.

use a blunt when they are flying it will break bones... saw it on a TV show Feathered Affliction it think. the dude was shooting geese from a lay out blind with guys and shotguns backing him up.

it's legal and it's a blast!! If you're shooting them on the ground then just make sure you use a broadhead with a large cutting diameter, aim for the fold in the wing.

a lot of times you'll get multiple shots at a flock.

Always thought this would be a great way to reduce those pesky resident birds in parks and on golf courses.... or scuba gear and a gunnysack.
