I past the 100 shots mark ahwhile ago.  :chuckle: That should be 100 ducks/geese you would think right..Not.  
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!

do you plan to eat 100+ ducks
if so what is the secret recipe that makes them so great
i wrap mine in bacon with pepper and they turn out fine
any other suggestions

Pepper stick duck jerky or summer sausage is the only way to fly for that many.

hey duckmen1, we made some duck last nite and it was awesome, first time trying it this way.  Cut them into strips like BK chicken tenders, bread 'em and deep fry 'em and right after you take them out of the oil put them on a paper towel for a minute to get some of the oil off and throw them in a bowl of buffalo sauce.  After you take 'em out of the sauce they are kind of crunchy, kind of chewy and taste just like hot wings  :)

Ragged, we do them like you said too. Crunchy and dip them like hot wings.  Way to go H20!!!  Serious good food.

I fillet the breasts, season to taste, add a little olive oil, and then grill to medium rare.   :EAT:
