Back In The Saddle...
« on: November 11, 2009, 09:50:20 PM »
Well, after about eight years of no deer hunting, my buddy Mark talked me into heading over to Cheweluh for the late Whitetail hunt. We had a short day and a half to find and shoot a buck. Saw a few monsters at night while scouting the fields and tracked them back to their bedding area. We ended up spooking the monsters, but this one was dumb enough to stand there and stare long enough to talk me into it. Not a big bruiser but at the 11th hour, I didn't have much choice. My first Whitetail buck ever. :IBCOOL:
