I know most people wont agree with me, but Ive tasted all the game listed above minus the cougar, and I think antelope by far is the best.

Moose hands down.  I have had most game cooked correctly or wrong.  My vote is based on the average joe cooking some meat up.  I had some Caribou once that literally made me gag.  Worse then a fried up deer steak with no seasoning or prep.  A few years later another guy cooked up some Caribou and it was really good.

Moose Roast is by far my favorite big game meat.  :EAT: I've had people who have told me that Cougar is pretty tasty. I'm like if I ever kill a Cougar you can have it cause I'll be damned if I'm gonna eat a cat.  :puke:

Now I never tasted cougar but an old guide in Alaska that was raised on the Shoshoni  rez near Lander, WY said it tasted like pork. Now I like pork so I'd give it a try if I had a chance. Hell, I've eaten everything the Filipinos could throw at me in Hawaii so eating cougar would be tame.

Baloot isnt that bad. I stayed in the Phillipines for two months and ate it several times. ate lots of things. Not so bad if you can get past the crunchy feathers in your mouth taste........ :chuckle: sound familiar sisu?

Oh and michelle. having it pickeled would probably make it taste better but in actual fact they arent. they are just boiled. But theres more to it and im not going to go into details. bringing back the memories gives me nightmares, LOL :chuckle:................

According to another thread, coyote is a big hit now.  :dunno: :dunno:
Hopefully lead injected.

I had some antelope steaks this fall that were pretty darn tasty. But I will have to go with moose.
