I think I know where you were, Is there a white paper sign that says "Old Growth" nearby on the road? I saw a bull an aweful lot like that one during early season......

Good friends indeed! Actually it was their decision that I had to pack out the head. Nice thing was, I could just lean back and rest on the antler tips anytime I needed to  :chuckle:

Hopefully tomorrow one of them will tag out and it'll be my turn to carry the meat...
