gun price check please?

so i have a stevens model 311 series H, 410.

i checked it out on gunbroker and they are priced anywhere from $450-1200....but i dont know if they are actually worth that asking price.

it seems the 410. is worth alot more then the bigger gauge shotguns.

does anyone have a better idea what this shotgun is worth?
