Hey Pope, your second drawing is still weak on the left, i did notice you added an eye guard.. Keep drawing and it will be a world record in no time..
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Yeah, the left side is weak but I did notice the other eye guard when I looked at it more.

Ok ok, you all have questioned my drawing skills so I drew another one.  This one is pretty good.  The buck is better on the one side than the other.  Looks to be a 170 type buck gross or slightly less?

I'll have to disagree with you pop.  Like someone said the left side looks weak.  I'd say 160gross tops. :chuckle:

I might not disagree with you.  That's why I stated "or slightly less".  I think the right side if matched on the left might score this buck up near 175 or 180.  If it was just symetrical as the left side then 160 or so. It has really deep forks and mass on the right side.  A nice buck.  I would have pulled the trigger.

We'll see what the boys come up with next...   ;)

Just got off the phone with M_ray.  Huntnphool still hasn't tagged out but he has his eye on a couple of deer.  We'll see what they come up with.  They say they are taking lots of pictures...

Will try to get a writeup and some pics done this weekend. We hit pavement at 1:00pm yesterday and drove strait through, I got in at 5:00am and had to cape my deer, clean, unpack, play with kids etc., and I'm hitting a wall.

Here is a quick pic of the area for you to look at for the time being.
