Kimber .325 WSM

i am interested in this info too. father in law has a kimber 84mclassic and it is sweet. it's on my to do list. Are the wsm's not that great in such a light gun?

I sold it because the gun didnt fit me. It is a great caliber and the gun was the most accurate rifle I have ever shot (from the bench), I just didnt shoot it well in the field. After two poor shots on two different deer and missing the biggest buck I've seen in this state I decided to get rid of it. I also tried three different scopes on it.  Kimber makes very nice rifles, but they're just not for me.

I have a browning stainless stalker in the 325wsm and love it as well.  Lot's of guys love the Kimber and I looked at them when I bought my 325wsm.  Unfortunately seemed that guys eaither loved the Kimbers or hated them, one or the other, so I went with the Browning which I had experience with.

Kimbers always seem to be iffy whether or not they will shoot worth their price.

Well how much you selling it for?  I got  Kimber Montana and absolutely love, super light weight the perfect back packing gun for Caribou, Sheep, Goat etc....  If your serious about selling PM me.  I would give it some thought first though, great gun, if you like keep, if you don't sell it.

Browning guy myself!!  Although I do like the Winchester Safety, but the Montana's recoil was quite hefty and the Browning was cheaper.

Anyone have trouble reloading the .325?  A few of my buddies have one and although I haven't had any issues with my Stainless Stalker, everyone of them who has the Montana are just cursing at the reloading bench.  They can't get the round to chamber after reloading them.  Funny, there reloads will chamber and shoot just fine in my Browning and my Buddie who has a 8400.  Heck, I stole one of there reloading recipes for it shot much better than mine!

I also have a Kimber but in a 300 wsm. It is the Best Rifle in the world....But... you have to find the sweet round to us. A guy on the forum here told me about the load he used and its a great shooter. I first bought a box of Remington core locks, at 100 yds 6 inch groups, bought Fedaral Premiums 165 Accubonds got about 3 inch groups. Now that I had 40 rounds of Brass I reloaded the special "Stag" Load. I kind you not 1/2" groups at 100 yds. and 1/2" groups at 200 yds using a Kenton Industries BDC knob on my Ziess Scope.

I never had any trouble reloading this cartridge and it's the first caliber I ever reloaded.  All of my reloads cycled flawlessly thru my Kimber.

the short mags are a little harder to reload. mainly because the case neck, if it is a little long. they will tend to lock up in the chamber and the bolt is hard to close over. i have a 270wsm but have looked at the 325 a few times

Top notch guns if you get a good one. If not, you just bought a $1000 rifle that looks real purty in the gun safe.

I wanted one in the worst way a couple years back. Decided I wasn't ready to risk the money on one.

I trim my brass every time, I guess thats why I never had any problems.

I also trim my brass, maybe not every time, but typically every other load will be retrimmed.

I trim my brass every time, I guess thats why I never had any problems.

i always do everytime with the wsm. i don't everytime on the standard cals but the wsm stretches a bit more
