I'm gonna wait till its windy as hell, damn near tornado status, and shoot across a canyon at 400+yds and hopefully 5 shots will be enough to hit my target lol!

atleast you seen a buck this year unlike alot of others, think of it as a succesful hunt but the deer won this time (um i mean 5 times).

I ended my season when i went up top on a small hill into an orchard, the jack pines were really thick and i could not see through them. I jumped a moose lying on its bed or resting place. around 8 feet away from me was a huge mad moose thrashing everything in its sight and me needing to get back to the bathroom to check my shorts soon.

Very very very rarely Swift, and I wouldn't want to bet money on me missing in the near future either, nor would I hope you'd wish that upon me or the animal.  Those kind of comments are what people will judge you on.
and I think Broken Arrow is right....

Hunt em, Kill em, Eat em. Do not hunt em if you aren't going to eat em.

Maybe he is like a poolshark.  Make everyone think you really suck then you turn out to be a hell of a marksman when we all show up to take your money. :chuckle:

How did this happen?  I leave for a day or two, come back, and it goes from "I feel crappy because I missed" to "I'm calling you out because you're full of crap."

I dunno...You missed, most of us have missed before, it sucks, it takes awhile to get over it, check your equipment, take a deep breath and try again.  Most likely, if you've shot all those deer, you know how to shoot and when to shoot and it's probably not a problem with not getting to the range.  You just got excited and had a bad moment.  It happens.  Think about what went wrong, correct it, and get back out there.  I think that the original post was mostly just feeling crappy and a little haunted because someone missed a buck.  Good, you felt bad - it means you actually care.  And even better, you didn't wound an animal.  Then you would have felt REALLY crappy.

I don't know why this had to come down to calling everyone out on the shots they've taken.
