sunday after noon disapointment.
« on: November 24, 2009, 10:36:40 AM »
Coming out of the woods on Sunday after a fun little hunt with a buddy and i was a little disappointed as to what i saw.
Who ever left the visible boned out deer carcass and gut bag about 5 feet from the yellow gate by tiger mountain, next time at least try and move it into the woods and have some respect for the animal.  People don't need to see that.  :twocents:

Ya sadly enough I saw the same thing down in the Stormking unit.  Some "hunter" just cut off the horns and left the head right in front of the gate.

Why?  :dunno: Why do people do that. It gives us hunters a real bad image.

Who ever left the visible boned out deer caucus...
What were the deer going to vote on? :dunno:

Oh wait, I'll bet you mean carcass...or maybe you're from Boston and "caucus" is how you pronounce carcass.  Got it. ;)

thats a little nit picky on the whole caucus thing, just a mistake. i agree, hunters have a bad enough name as it is, let alone letting people see that along the road! bad publicity for all of us :dunno:

you do not want to come down to the capital forest or minot peak if that is the case...there are carcasses on almost every road and in the middle of some roads.....nasty mess...but I may opportunistically go park my ass and call coyotes if I can take the stink, one road was starting to smell like a rendering plant  :o I counted 4 carcasses in the middle of spurs on about 1/2 mile stretch......

Yeah, it gets pretty nasty at the gates especially late in the year like it is now..... :puke:  What is really bad is the lazy sumbeotches leave the remains in plastic bags.  WTF - if you're going to dump carcasses, at least take it out of the garbage bag first..... :bash:

Backwoods, at least you didn't have to come out the gate and see a dead Springer Spaniel that was dumped..... :puke:  That's what I had to look at while getting back into the truck on Sunday. :( :o
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.
