Level is at its lowest and there is nobody fishing it right now, or no boats....so.....I would probably love to fish it.LOL   Rams have pulled back a bunch.

Thats exactly how I would look at it.    I usually do really good this time of year with small bead head nyphs like bloody marys or zugbugs.   Peacock is always a producer.

The yak is really fishing well.  Fish nymphs, or slow retrieve spinners.  Good luck.

If you havea  skiff to get across or can wade, you can probably get into some birds.  The normal access points have been hammered.  Good quail hatch, crappy chukar and even worse pheasant.  If you were serious about birding I'd seek south on the Rez.  If you are fishing, fish small.  Can't remember if spin gear is allowed in the river above Roza or not....sorry, mostly flyfish.

Yeah you can spin fish above the rosa, its just selective gear rules. No problem anyway because I don't like barbed hooks in the first place.

I should be able to wade, i'll have chest waders, but I dont want to walk up in the hills with them on.

I would go to the REZ but I have to go to ellensburg for thenaksgiving, and I want to do something before I get up there.
