We had to debate whether I was going to stalk this one or not.  he was in a good place for me to get up on, but it would burn the rest of the day.  I chose to move on.

Great photos; I especially love the first one.

Thanks for sharing! I need to get back up that way and see what I can't spot; Chelan and Douglas county have done pretty well so far, I'd love to see what the wolves and hunters haven't picked up.

Nice to see a few made it.  Now if they can survive the snow and the wolves... we'll see what they grow next year...

This guy had a bad infection on his upper shoulders/back.  ABOUT....where a cougar would nail him.  Don't know if he got stuck or he survived a predator attack.   I could smell him and he was having trouble walking so not sure how long he'd make it.  He was still with his doe and still had small bucks at bay.

Your second pic looks a lot like one hangin behind Richner's place I was watching last month while hunting coyotes. Dave

Don't sweat it Bone... it's nice to know that I'm not the only one sleeping on the couch by the first of December every year... :chuckle:
