I think there are a couple on here.  Looking forward to the potential of a couple more I am hearing about

my buddy c-ride got on a nice buck yesterday, got in range but couldn't get a shot, i am waiting for an update today, probably later.
myself and another bud struck out, but we did see a lot of deer.
we saw a nice 4x4 buck that was killed on the opener in the canyon, but thats all we saw harvested the 3 days we were there. we also heard about a couple more.

I got a little 3 x 3 on Monday.  It was my first bow buck so I am very happy about that, got a doe last year.  Saw a 4 x 4 in the back of a truck when I was leaving on Wed.  Two other buddies had shots but didn't connect, one was on a relatively big one, but I didn't see it.

Saw plenty of legal bucks, nothing real big.  Got on a couple but couldnt seal the deal.  Thought it was better than last year though.

Agree that it is better than last year.  Have seen a few nice bucks over the opener.  Saw a monster on Sunday but couldn't close the deal, sneaking in and he had bedded down, busted him at 50 yards but no shot opportunity.  One of biggest bucks I've ever seen, rank right up there with some of the best on this sight. Maybe this Sunday he will still be there.
