Knight Bighorn...........Outdoor Warehouse (old Sportsman Warehouse) has them.  Knight Wolverine is also good, may just need to switch breech plugs if you get the 209 Wolverine.....simple.  Bighorn and Wolverine interchange...........basically same gun, different barrel length, accessories.

Get a TC Black Diamond. IMO one of the best smoke poles out there. I dont know if they even make them anymore, but there are quite a few on gunbroker.com

Thanks for the PM hopefully mama orders one ASAP. On the quote above are you talking the Outdoor Warehouse (old Sportsman Warehouse) in Spokane? Was in there a week or two ago and they were sold out? My buddy needs one too.

I appreciate all the help guys. This has been brought up by others in the past many times but I hate wading through all the older posts when doing a search. Thanks again.

I was wondering the same thing myself but everyone including me seems to get the name mixed up.

I was referring to the old Sportsman's Warehouse in Lacey and Vancouver.  Was assuming they had the same over in Spokane.  The PM I sent you is a much better deal though, for you and your buddy. :chuckle:

Gutpile this question comes up every year or so ... You get what you pay for so I am glad you are scrapping the cheap gun idea, I have 2 tc's and my bud tmike has 2 knight Bighorns. I have shot them all and I don't think you can go wrong with either of these guns ... I know some are pretty partial to thier CVA's but I have never personally shot one. I'll agree with others though be careful to make sure it has an open breech and shoots #11's because as a newby to muzzleloading 95% of the guns advertised are NOT leagal in the NW. Oregon and Idaho have some similar laws as WA. Good luck!

I don't really know anything about muzzy's but have been strongly considering it. Would really like to get away from the crowds. What do you think of a Traditions Timber Ridge as an entry level muzzy? It's on sale at Cabelas for $90.00 and I thought it'd be a good thing to put on my Christmas list. Waht do you think?

I wouldn't get it,save your money and get a good one !!!!!

It's a waiting game now. I put it on my list and we'll just see if Santa does his magic. If not, that'll give me an excuse to run back out there. It'll be gone by then but maybe they'll get more. thats really a great store. I don't get out there enough.
