t-giving weekend hunts in moses lake

well, Hunted in moses this last weekend after 2 days of hunting in oregon and let me tell ya, the fog we had was a pain in the a$$. didnt see to many birds and didnt hear much shooting. we managed to scrape off a couple birds but not what i was expecting for this time of the year. hopefully things will start to freeze up here soon and we will start to see more birds.

haven't been seeing to many birds down  here in the south part of the state hope they hurry the hell up and get down here

The fog should have made things better at my spot on Saturday, but the sheet ice and tons of boat traffic had things off kilter.  It has been an off year for me so far, and things are really hit and miss for finding birds.  They are spread out all over, one day can be good and the next day is just scratching out a few.

How did you do in Oregon Spur??

we did really well. shot a bunch of mallards and widgeon. it was a fun trip. and it was the first time ive been able to hunt with the old group i used to hunt with in a long time.

Alright well I'd definately be in for it. I could also help with whatever you need to set it up. I just dont have full-body decoys.
