banded pheasant... where do I report it?

I have a string I put all mine on and put it on my dresser.  They are released at the clockum game house and surrounding area a few times a year.  Some of em try to fly across the river to spanish castle orchards and most end up falling short and drowning

But ya those birds are dumb as hell.  We had one bird up swakene run and stick its head under a piece of plywood ass up in the air and thought it was hidden

ha that is funny! o man those dang birds should NOT try to fly across that part of the river!
