every time i have a question or a favor to ask i always turn to this site but if this is the sort of answers im gonna be getting then i might just find another forum

This is becoming more and more of a problem here every day, I don't know about the duck regulations but can assure you the game regs are far from easy to understand and can appreciate you asking for clarification before hunting, it is the right thing to do !!!

Go get em !!

Why is it so hard to understand?  It isn't confusing.

I don't have a bad attitude.

It  just everyone seems to want to hold everyones hand these days.

If you can't understand simple written instructions, stay away from the sport.

that is a great attitude...yeah lets not invite any new members to the sport keep it for the elitist crowd that understands the gibberish that is the regs.....

It is attitudes like yours that turn off potential hunters.... some of these people actually give a crap thats why they are asking.  And I don't expect my 13 yr old to just know the rules by osmosis, he has learning disabilities as do other people yes even grown up people might have issues with reading comprehension....
hell I get confused by this crap and score higher on reading comprehension tests than most people...I might be blonde and occasionally dense as a post but I am freaking smart.....book smart....what I have learned is NOT everyone gets it.....sort of like myself and algebra I do not get it.....the regs are simple until you try to follow them literally then they crash into themselves, but obviously you are so far smarter than every other person on this website we need to all bow down before your greatness......

oh and no worries I do not like hunting ducks so I wont be joining your sport but I am the only one in my house who can read the regs with any sort of comprehension.....so it is my duty to try and relay that information to them to keep them legal.....obviously you have never tried to do something new and felt the need for help?  Must be great being so inherently wonderous.....

yeah I might have PMS or I might just be a bitch either way its crap like this that really annoys me...and I don't know when to shut up......Ice feel free to delete me if needed I've been deleting my own posts all weekend.....no biggie

Well I tried to explain the last question about regs  very simply but ya'll are hung up on the confusing part.

" i read the regs before we went out and i just skimmed over the hen part"

Uhh  that isn't "reading the reg's completely as to understand them" Is It?

Hell I quit

thanks for the PM as well fishncliff I fired one right back I am in a mood if you want to play I can keep this up all day, I have no life,no job and no school at the moment.....

Elliot it was my first introduction to hunting law when the boys started duck hunting and I was handed the regs to read and interpret because they didn't make sense.  There are some parts that don't read well and I know sometimes writing out what I don't understand will help me to understand better....

I find it is easiest for me to just play the part of the sometimes blonde, tramp, and just giggle  :chuckle: .....save my serious topics for school and a couple good friends.

Like I told ya RUN

Give me a reg that is confusing to ya  and I'll explain it in 1 sentence.

Calling me names was real special.

I said you were an ass

oh and the reg on possession limits you NEVER did explain that one so I could understand it....I still do not know if I am legal or not if we put more ducks in the freezer....pretty much gave up...and killed all my comments because it was going nowhere you kept telling those who didn't understand how stupid we were.....

its not just you that has driven me to be this pissed off I am sick of the people who constantly treat anyone who hasn't hunted forever and asks questions as if they are completely stupid.......yeah there are some really stupid people out there I ran into some while hunting and they scared the hell out of me ..... obviopusly they didn't understand or had never read the regs so people here asking is a step above many of the people out there with guns.....

Thanks for the pm fishncliff, that just goes to show how big of a jacka$$ you really are. This sight would be a hell of alot better without ya. Guy asks a question and you jump all over him. Give it a rest.

give fishncliff a break, we talked it out and i am ok with it, last thing we need is division among us hunters, come on we are a brotherhood (and sisterhood) that is to stand above the rest of society to enjoy the fruits of our labors and the gift of wildlife and the outdoors.

Yeah I also talked with him and it seems again the written word is more complicated than hunting regs .....and yeah group hug and we are going to read the regs round the campfire ;)  oh wait is that too far out there? :cmp1:
