Guys let's not have several threads about this. I think that starting a new topic is about fueling the fire and I hope that most people can move on with it. Administrators and Moderators are not condoning use of other's photos (as suggested several times and which is a lie. Yes I will call you a liar and you know who you are). We removed the photos once it was clearly discovered that they were not being utilized in a manner which represented the interest of the photographer. Basically when it was clear they belonged to someone else. The user who posted them has since apologized. For some I am aware they will never let someone live it down. To each their own on that matter. I believe it can be a big deal to utilize materials which are not your own depending on the situation at hand. For the most part it was not done for profit or great personal benefit and hopefully that is important for some. I do not personally use photos in my stories which I either did not personally take, my partners or friends did not personally take or represent other people's photos as my own. It is really considered poor character in many circles. Live and learn.
