Thenewguy is out hunting today. hopefully he will have a tag notched later on.
updates to follow....
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Yes, please hurry up and kill one, with only 3 more days to hunt you better make something happen! I'd hate to see you eat tag soup like that guy with the westside incentive tag did last year.     :bash:

Right, if you read some of his previous posts you'll see where he says he has to be done hunting by the 17th, as he is going to Texas for Christmas.

Thats insane....  talk about a lifetime opportunity with the INCENTIVE tag of all things, I'd tell Texas to screw off it'll never happen to the guy again.

I say 175" TOPS... just a gut feeling and still a LOT bigger than anything I've ever shot...

I'm thinking he'll pull the trigger on a 160's class buck personally unless he gets some help from some locals that have a buck already spotted... my .02
