Nice shoot!Finished up a nice limit on the river around 10 on Sat. 4 wigeon, 2 scaup, and a bull gaddie. My dad got 5 wigeon, a GE, and a big bull can.
Jordano, looks like you were on the Skagit. Not to bad. I tried to take some pics but the cold froze the camera or drained the battery. Oh well. It was definately a good shoot on Sunday, cold as a mother-in-laws kiss though.
Cool Deal...we were out Sunday also, did well enough...I'll post pics from the truck later.

Seen a few fly by all day long, only the one group worked the spread when I was gone. Lots of gadwals moving in now that the basin is freezing. No redheads

All the big water should lock up in the next few days. Single digit temps. I can't wait for the cans and redheads to come down in full force!
Well it sure was an awesome day!!! Wish I would have taken a pic of my birds out in the field o well! Lots of birds around! just wish I could have shot a little better! hahaha
I saw a flock of canvasbacks this morning. First group that has buzzed my decoy spread this season. Didn't get a chance to get a shot off.

My house sits on the east wenatchee hills right above the wenatchee (fancher). It's locked up right down to the bridge with ice breaking off and floating down the river. The shore of the Columbia is frozen in the slow spots by the parks. Hello river hunting!
I'm in north fancher off of Fancher landing road If it snows by the time you get over here and you got a bow we can sit on my porch and shoot quail and chukar all day long Alberta is getting frozen over as well, should be some good hunting coming up!
