Ohh yea I know her too!!
The only man who never makes a mistake, is the man who never does anything!!
The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.

Well the potholes has to be freezing, the damn Wenatchee River is frozen solid this morning :yike:

Bring on the divers!

you are kidding!!! the Wenatchee is frozen!? wow!!!!! everything is going to be on the columbia soon!!! but if this keeps up there wont be that to hunt either!  :chuckle:  :chuckle: the whole darn Eastside of the state will be frozen! :yike:

AW, Don't worry too much boys.  The best hunt on record for me was on the Columbia from Uh, yeah Jordano, just up river from there, 20 mph winds blowing in our faces out of the north, ice on the dogs, and ice floating downriver at 5 degrees.  The 2 of us shot 12 northern mallards in 2.5 hours that day, probably missed 15 more, a few years back.

Oh I know what you mean.  17* out, cold southern wind blowing.  14 Mallards down in 1.5 hours.  Didn't see another kind of duck all day just hundreds of mallards.
