Wac'em Broadheads Legal?

Who at the state level said they are legal?  I am only going off the 2 archery shops that i frequent and both have had the game warden tell them NO they are not legal, and have had several people confirm this as they were buying new broadheads because they had warnings from the local officer.
Hey the local warden was also warning about shuttle t  and than had to retract on that,  so maybe your correct and i would like to know who told you they were legal.

North west archery Has read the approvel letter whan they first started selling them in the state

if you want to shoot them and am afraid of getting in trouble, go to great northwest archery at skookem range on shaw road in puyallup and ask doug for the official letter from wdfw that clearly states that they are legal. make a copy of it and if someone hassels you, show them the letter and tell them to stuff it. END OF SUBJECT!!!!

I used these for four years then due to being told by staff at an archery shop that they were illegal I made a switch.  I went to Hell Razors and they worked pretty darn well on my elk this past season.
