Beat this shot!
« on: December 16, 2009, 04:23:44 PM »
I split a carbon arrow once on a 3D target at 40 yards once.  Shot once, liked my shot, held for my arrow cuz I liked the placement and threaded it, but......that was a freak lucky shot (although I kept the arrow).

This just says WOW.

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

For the bow guy, that thing is more high tech then a rifle in my opinion, lets see him grab a hunting bow and do that. For the slingshot guy, whew, that guys my new idle. haha

is it just me or did that guy's arrow seem underspined?  I thought they weren't suppose to oscilate like that in flight... :dunno:

Did anyone notice there was no nock on the arrow that was shafted and it was much larger than the arrow that was shot.  Seemed like a bit of a set up, still a good shot.

my thoughts exactly, now that is an awesome shot, but there is no way two arrows of the same diameter would work like that. I have 6 or 7 robin hoods on the wall and they never went like that.

I give the Carolina guy more credit. He's hittin moving targets too. The arrow looks a little staged.
