Link no good but - - - - I do not think there is such a thing as too much gun. All guns have their place and purpose, even if it is just to shoot some chit up!!!

the 600ne pistol is about as retarded as a 50bmg pistol, but both are great in the field in long gun form for their purpose!

Personally, I think the big rounds are unnecessary, For just basic hunting rifles, I won't go bigger than a .30/06, or a .45/70 for bigger, dangerous game.  Although I do plan on getting a .500 S&W Mag, with a 3.5 inch barrel, for bear protection.  That .600 nitro is a little overkill.

its only too much gun if your so afraid of kick that you cant shoot it well. i know afew guys over here that hunt consistantly with .375's and 416's. shot placement will save meat.
