Lake Wenatchee - Ice Fishing
« on: December 28, 2009, 03:09:16 PM »
Anyone have info on ice fishing this lake? I will be over there this week and am wondering if the ice is thick enough to fish and if there are any fish biting.

there are better lakes in the immediate area that are significantly better ice fishing.

Fish lake
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Didn't actually fish, but we made a trip to Fish Lake on Friday, the ice was in good shape, at least 8" where I tested it. From the looks of it, people were doing ok for perch. Come Saturday, the weather warmed up and it rained a ton, keeping me off the ice. I am sure it would have been fine, but I am not one to push the limits with something like that.
