got to the blind at 745 took 19 shells with me should be enough for a limit i thought. birds were coming in good had seven groups come in. fired all 19 shells in the first hour all under fourty yds only ended up with 3 teal and one mallard all drakes but i could not hit a thing this morning. :dunno: I easily should of had a limit, oh well guess i'll buy some more ammo and go back tomorrow. it was by far the most birds i've seen locally all year it has been pretty slow on the penninsula.

hey it still fun to be shooting and watching the birds work. if you're like me, probably shooting about 6FT behind the teal, them buggers fast.

Try the 15 shell restriction areas.  I end up passing on many shots that I think I can make as I have a pretty good chance of missing as well.  I try to get them close just in case.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

I hunted a 15 shell area this morning.  Left with 15 shells and came back with 15 shells.

They aren't flying to good.  Should pick up in the next few days with the stormy weather.
Cut em!
