I'm kinda hopeing they make some drastic changes this year.  It seems we are at a stale juncture on how they are doing it now.  Course you and I are sitting good as well as Rob since we have that moose option out of the way.

That wont happen for another few years as the protocol is set after the change in regulations last year. Stuck with the present special permits this way.

I know I am shooting myself in th efoot as it would be hard to choose between sheep and goats, but at this rate, odds are I won't get to hunt either.
