I went and looked at all the deer. I went and hung out at their camp one evening and then had to get back to seattle to fly out....Damn military didnt let me hunt this year....soo yes i did see all the deer. I dont even know who posted the post but recognized the heads and the meat locker....Dont know how they saw all the legal points on the deer but know they are very ethical hunters and its all about the dads and their sons getting together for a good time....I know i probably sound like an A-hole on this post but just didnt like the direction the post was going towards....Justin

Sounds to me like you put this thread to rest.

"Sounds to me like you put this thread to rest."

It did that, Hogsniper was pretty clear in his attitude he knew these folks in his first post.

Hogsniper, your a young guy and your right about one thing only on this. Most of the bucks were legal and decent bucks, congrats to those hunters. I'd give one piece of advice to you, who you visit and hang out with in camp can brand you for who you are also. You took this more personally than someone who just "stopped by" a camp and said hello, I am wagering you are more than casual acquaintance's with some of this group. I'll be honest, although I don't like a lot of aspect's of tribal hunting, the post on the other site served no purpose other than to start an issue with tribal member's and in my opinion was incredibly ignorant in that the poster would have shown better judgement in  not posting buck's that many people thought and still feel were not shooters based on the fact that an experienced hunter, as many have said here could not identify two of those bucks as legal in the field, that's a fact you can argue, but ultimately not dispute. Those hunter's guessed. Plain and simple they guessed at what they were shooting at and don't feel singled out. We plainly told the folks in the other group that used to hunt in our area they would be lucky if the warden didn't come by and that their buck was not legal. I have on more than one occasion quit hunting with hunter's I've hunted with that I felt were not ethical and no regrets about it, I'd do it again tomorrow if it meant avoiding a bad situation lacking in common sense.

Done on this time to move on.
