Hunting is slow. If you don't know where the birds are passing and holding it's gonna be a disappointment. The ducks are there, but rafting hard and making it difficult to get shots.

Quite a few birds have pushed out and the ones that are hear are rafting up in the middle of the river and are perfectly content with being there the entire day. Even a boat going by will just make them get up and go right back down. If anything I'd go up north around Pateros or Brewster but if you dont have a boat that will be tough.
