Spokane River Ducks

hey guys i live out in cheney and all my duck spots are froze over. i almost went to the spokane river but i was afraid it may be closed? the spot i was looking at was above the dam at nine mile but i would go anywhere with water still. do you guys know what sections of the river are open, also do you know where i could go to find out what is or is not open. thanks a  ton guys

I would find someone that is located in Spokane and send them a PM.  They may be more helpful.  If you post exact spots in question, you probably won't get the response your looking for.  Just more guys taking a look at the new spot they just learned of than you can shake a stick at.

What I'm looking for though is where can I find out if a place I know of is open
