I'd say 130s.  I grew up in the Colville area.  I have seen quite a few bucks in the Mingo Mountain area that look like they could have been this guy's twin brother.  Wide, with short tines.  Great looking deer!

Both the Colville and Spokane Rez's have some big whitetails.  The unlimited doe harvest causes them to have lower overall deer populations, but very high buck-to-doe ratios.  The deer that survive long enough to learn how to hide can grow pretty bug.
