i have a gen 3 and i still like there to be ambiant light from the moon if i am going to use it to see good past 100 i want a ir scope they are so sweet but about 8k-15k

I'm on a pretty tight budget.... which consists of a few cabela's gift cards i got for xmas. and the lights they had seemed reasonable, but i wanted to check on legalities first. Thanks guys.
