My friend Machias thought some of you might like to see this....   Here it is...Treed a nice tom today that had killed a badger.  I was following the cat and dog tracks and got to a spot where I started to see badger tracks in the snow.  A little further, I could see where the lion laid in the snow and then took off at a dead run.
 
At first, the whole works was heading right for this...  :o   I'm thinkin' oh boy....

shows the badger hole where he steam rolled him


shows the half eaten badger


He was totally sitting on his ass, if you look close, his hind feet aren't even touching - looked pretty funny.

Nice CATDOGS!  Funny thing I treed a Nice Tom day before Ya..  Nice Dogs right there.  I will always miss Bonnie (b/t) She got killed by Lookout Pack Wolves in Wa on Matt's Permit. Dec 06  :bash:  I think its COOL to see four B/T!

  Those are awesome looking Black and Tans  :drool: I had a B&T strike dog called Jethro that was unreal.  Very cold nosed but could really turn it on when he got em lined out :)  Sure do like to hear em make music :) :)  Bet you're having a blast!!!
