I found this on a website:

Gissburg Ponds Reports

(15 acres): Also known as Twin Lakes, this set of ponds is interconnected by a small channel that allows fish to easily move between the two small bodies of water. Bank access is almost unlimited on both the north and south ponds and WDFW stocks them yearly with 6000+ trout. The ponds are open year round. Refer to the statewide freshwater rules for minimum size restrictions and daily limit.

WDFW used Gissberg Ponds as part of an experiment that was meant to determine whether or not it was feasible to stock Western WA lakes with channel catfish. While the experiment showed it wasn't feasible, there are still channel cats to be had here. Don't expect any great sizes or a continued catfish fishery here. There's no minimum size on catfish here, but there is a limit of two.

While the main draw to the lake is the number of trout planted, don't be shocked if you hook into a fair number of Blue Gill as well.

Due to the amount of bank access and the number of fish stocked each year this is an excellent place to take the kids for fishing.

Directions: Take I-5 north to Arlington. Take the Smokey Point exit. Turn left off the exit and cross over the freeway. Take your first left-hand turn. At the T, turn left. The road will curve south and you'll be running right alongside I-5. The ponds will be just a short way down on the right.

I've caught cat's up to 2 lbs. in Cassidy. I've never targeted them specifically, always caught them bass, or perch fishing fishing. I was surprised by the 2lber. didn't they got that big in Cassidy.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!
