I've given up a long time ago winning POTM, I know I can't compete with most of the photographers on here.

I'm just trying to pick from some of my fave photos and it gets difficult.

I think the best quality pic is the ptarmigan.

Agree'd!  And one of the toughest birdies to get a decent photo of.  I think that has to be credited to the photographer also. Those rocky ridges are not for the meek. I've been on some of that. It's tough country.
