O.K. Kain...I've got one more question for you. I liked the first ones you did but really like decal #2 that huntnphool posted. I don't know if it has a copyright. I am thinking about 5x7 with the brush in front of the front legs removed and the username there. And there seems to be some white hanging down below the line at the bottom of the back legs that may need to be removed. Can you change it up enough to be able to use?  Maybe add a little trash to the rack or whatever. I like that one because I hunt with a bow and gun and it doesn't single out one or the other. If you can do it and if it cost a little more ..shoot me a PM.

Here is another. The ones I posted dont have copywrites as far as I can tell.

I didn't think so. I didn't see any trademark on them and I did see trademarks on some of the others at that link.  :dunno: I believe the ones that have copyrights will have a trademark on them. but not sure.

I can change the racks but adding a different name to each one would be a lot of work on Kains end, he will need to cut each one seperately.$$$$$$$$

Here is the deal guys.  For me to turn these pictures into vector graphics and cut them out it would cost a lot more than if you just bought them from the site that made them.  You could cut off the text and just buy the Hunting-Washington text from me.   ;)

Sorry guys.  It would be in violation of copyright laws to use those images for my own decals.  An image does not need to have a copyright mark to be copyrighted.  All works of art are automatically copyrighted.  Registering the copyright only make it easier to prove infringement.  I dont really consider myself an artist but I have recorded music and drawings and graphics.  If someone else used my stuff without getting written permission I would seek to stop them.  To me it is the same as stealing.   Im not accusing anyone of stealing.  It is a very confusing topic and many myths are thought to be true when dealing with this kind of thing.

Here is a good easy read to let you know about common myths about copyrights.

I wanted to do something for trapping but I thought a cage trap wouldnt look good.  I could do a foothold but since we cant use those most of the time... :dunno:

I will look into a mountain man though that is cool idea.  My middle school mascot was the "Pioneers" and my high schools was the "Trappers".

Got to get a mule deer and a turkey done today.
