smoked Bacon

im smoking the best bacon right now. parents are gone and i got bored. just a regular pack of bacon. lightly salt and pepper it and toss it in the smoker for atleast 2 hours on HI.

anyone else ever smoke bacon?

I tried once, did nothing for me, to hard to keep the end lit.   :chuckle: :chuckle:
