MM Devil Bull
« on: January 18, 2010, 09:15:03 AM »
This was on Monster Muleys today. Cool looking bull!!

Laura Westwood writes, "We spotted a few bulls from the canyon below and decided to hike up and take a closer look. After reaching a nearby ridge where we last saw them, we settled down waiting to see if they would come back out. We heard an elk chirp and some crashing. Realizing how close they were, I got ready and we watched him and another knock horns for a few minutes behind some trees. We couldn't get a great view of them until he stepped out and all I could see was horns, so down he went...
"The Devil Bull" is a 5 on one side and 7 on the other, but if you count his broken tine on each side he is 6x8 and one of a kind."

Daddy was a mule deer.
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!

I've heard deformed antler growth can sometimes be caused by an infection of the animals eye. Bull definately has character though! Cool!   :yike:
